Shipping Information: We use FedEx
normally to ship items weighing more then (2) pounds and USPS for all items weighing less then (2) pounds within the 48 contiguous United States.
Our shipping rates are computed using a FedEx or USPS rate calculator.
Actually, if you spend much time ordering products over the Internet, you'll
find that our rates are considerably lower than most online stores. We base
our shipping charges on the total weight of all the products you purchase
together (not like other sites where the shipping costs is based on each
products shipping charge by itself then added together to get your total
shipping cost. ie.( Item 1 weights 2 lbs and the shipping cost is$ 6.05,
item 2 weights 1 lb and the shipping costs is $4.05, item 3 weights 4 lbs
and the shipping charge is $9.01 for a total of ($6.05 + $4.05 + $9.01 =
$19.11) we would charge you based on the total weight of 7 lbs and you
would charged $9.93 for all the items you purchased, which is the fairest
way to do it because that is how FedEx and USPS charges us.
We only use USPS for all shipments outside of the 48 contiguous United States
including Alaska, Hawaii and USA Territories plus other countries and APO / AFO
addresses. We welcome customers from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Canada, United Kingdom and Europe as well
as other countries. Please use the shipping calculators to determine the shipping costs during check out
and remember to only use USPS and please do not select FedEx..
All winning items will be shipped within 2-3 business days upon receiving full payment. Most items sold are covered with shipping insurance up to $100.00 if being shipped by FedEx at no extra cost to the customer - No Insurance on USPS shipped items unless customer wants to pay extra for this option. Combined orders shipped via FedEx are only covered up to $100.00 even if the combined cost of the items exceeds this amount unless customer wants to pay for the difference.
It has always been true when purchasing items that are to be delivered that shipping charges sometimes make it seem more expensive to buy a product online or by mail rather than locally (assuming it is available locally). But this is only true if you don't include the value of your time and the cost of driving to purchase the item.
Lost or Damaged Shipments: Inspect your shipments for hidden damage or shortage immediately. Shipments not reported to AWS (via email within three days after receiving items) as damaged or short are considered complete and free from damage.
Returns: We do our best to make sure that you're happy with the item you receive. If you're not satisfied with the item, please let us know and we will send out a replacement or parts necessary to repair the item once the damaged parts are returned for inspection. If you would rather have a cash refund, the item must be returned to our warehouse in unused sellable condition within 30 days of receipt. If you plan to send your item back, you must email us to obtain an RMA number first. RMA returns must be received by A Wholesale Store within ten (10) days from date of email authorizing item(s) return or RMA and all warranties will be voided for said items. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
A 20% re-stocking fee applies to all non-defective merchandise returned. Returns received without an RMA will not be honored. AWS will not be responsible for any loss or damage. Special orders are not returnable.
All replacement parts or complete units covered under the AWS Warranty Program will be returned prepaid to the customer. Such transactions will take from 10 to 15 days from receipt of return. If for any reason (special order, etc.) the process will take longer than previously stated; you will be notified by email.
